GearSteroids.to operates both an international warehouse (for worldwide shipping) and a US-based warehouse (for domestic orders). Once your order has been dispatched, our system will automatically send you a confirmation email. From that point, you may contact us anytime via the support ticket system for further assistance.

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. Just make sure to include the complete shipping details in the order's comment section so we can get everything delivered smoothly.
🔴 Is a signature required for shipping?
A signature is required for delivery because we ship via registered mail. There's no need to worry about the process. The only real difference is that registered mail includes tracking. Everything else works just like standard postal delivery.
🔴 What if your order hasn't arrived?
Log into your account, go to My Orders, and select the relevant order. You'll find details about your package, including the expected delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed after the expected arrival date, please contact us via ticket for further assistance.
We are also not reshipping to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Coreea.
